The free consultation covers goals and scope. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline. Timely materials, feedback, and approvals are required to avoid delays or additional fees. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Extra revisions will be billed separately.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start. The balance is due at completion or as per milestone agreements. Final files will be provided upon full payment.
All project information is confidential. Final payment grants full usage rights, and I may showcase work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the monthly retainer fee is required to secure your spot in my schedule. The remaining balance is due before the start of the new month.
If the allocated hours are used before the month ends, additional hours can be purchased and will be billed separately.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month and cannot be refunded. This ensures I am available to prioritize your projects during the month. However, up to 20% of unused hours may roll over into the following month. Any remaining hours beyond this threshold will expire.
